How to request a refund

Email us within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used to purchase. We will process the refund through Gumroad within 3–5 business days and confirm by email.

After 30 days

Refunds are not available after 30 days from the purchase date. If you have a specific concern after this window, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is determined by Gumroad and your card issuer — typically 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
